Will 2024 users conference have a virtual option?
We have decided not to have a virtual option for this year’s Users Conference. Our focus is on generating informative, educational, and beneficial in-person content and networking activities.

What if I have an airline credit from the 2023 IDEMIA Users Conference?
IDEMIA requests that your 2023 airline credit be used towards your airfare for IDEMIA Users Conference 2024. Please contact our team to discuss logistics: UsersConference@us.idemia.com
What is the group’s special room rate?
The total room rate is $261.35 (including city and occupancy taxes) per night. Additionally, there is a $23 resort fee. If you have any questions, please email UsersConference@us.idemia.com
How do I reserve a room at the hotel?
The link to book your hotel room on our conference room block will be available at the end of the registration process, once you have completed your registration. A confirmation page will have the details to secure your room.
What is the registration fee for onsite attendance?
The registration fee for general attendees is $1,015 during our early bird special (April 15th – June 1st). After June 1st the price goes up to $1,465 until registration closes on August 9th, 2024. For details on what is included in your registration fee please visit the registration pricing page.
What is the difference between a pre-paid registration and a paid in-person registration?
Pre-paid registrations are included in the customer maintenance and are pre-negotiated for the number of seats. If customers want to increase their number of attendees, outside of their pre-paid seats, they simply need to purchase additional registrations at the paid in-person rate through the IDEMIA Users Conference website. Please note that pre-paid seats include access to the conference program, certificate classes, trainings sessions, airfare, hotel, transportation, meals, and networking events. For paid in-person registrations that are done outside of the maintenance contract, it includes access to the conference program, certificate classes, trainings sessions, meals, and networking events. It does not include airfare, hotel, and transportation.
Is there a dress code for any of the events?
Business casual is appropriate for all daytime sessions, events, certificate classes, and lectures. For evening events, you may dress in casual attire for the Welcome Reception on Monday, the Experience Center Opening on Tuesday, and The Jones Assembly on Wednesday. For the Banquet Dinner on Thursday, the attire for the Banquet Dinner is cocktail and prohibition/route 66-themed-optional. We just want you to have fun!

Am I allowed to bring a guest, and will that be an additional cost?
Yes, attendees are allowed to bring a guest. If the guest wants to participate in ALL of our networking/social events, it is $200. If the guest just wants to come to the closing banquet dinner on September 12th, it is $85. If you want to just bring a guest, but they will not attend any networking/social events or meals, then you’ll be responsible for covering the expenses associated with bringing that person (i.e. airfare, etc.) For more pricing information, visit our registration pricing page.
What is the nearest airport?
Will Rogers World Airport (OKC), 10 miles away from the conference site.
What dates/times should I schedule my travel?
For the first time, we are adding sessions on Monday, prior to the welcome reception. Please make sure you arrive on Monday morning to take advantage of the extended agenda. Our last event, our popular banquet, will commence Thursday evening, September 12th. Suggested travel dates are to arrive Sunday or Monday (depending on your location of departure) and depart on Friday morning.
How do pre-paid and sponsored attendees arrange for airline travel?
Once registration is open you can select your travel preferences when you register on the conference website.
How do general attendees arrange for airline travel?
General attendees may use their preferred travel service or airline to make reservations.
How do I register for the conference?
Once registration opens on April 15th you can click on the “Register Now” button that will be located throughout the site.
How do I register if conference passes are included in my maintenance contract?
If you believe you are a prepaid registration slot, and are getting the wrong registration screen (i.e. asking you to pay for your registration), it means we do not have you in the system correctly. Please contact us to get this corrected before completing your registration.
When does registration close?
Early bird registration pricing closes on June 1st, followed by normal registration closing on August 9th
What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel my registration?
Registration is transferrable, but not refundable. If you need to change the name of the registrant, please contact us.
When can attendees visit the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum?
IDEMIA is covering attendees’ admission for the duration of the IDEMIA Justice and Public Safety Users Conference (September 9-12th). The memorial is open from 9am – 5pm (local time) and is 1 mile away from the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. You will be given access to the Museum and grounds with your Users Conference badge, which will need to be worn at all times.
