Monday, September 8th | 5:30-6:30 pm
First-Timers Happy Hour
Join us for a special first-timers happy hour at the Margaritaville Miami-Bayside. This event is a chance for those attending the Users Conference for the first time to meet the Executive Users Board (EUB) and fellow newcomers. Take the opportunity to network and get acquainted with the IDEMIA community in a relaxed atmosphere. Following the happy hour, the welcome reception will take place in the same location.

Opening Night Reception at Margaritaville
IDEMIA Public Security User’s Conference invites everyone to our opening night reception at Margaritaville Miami-Bayside, a short walk across Bayfront Park from InterContinental Miami. With indoor and outdoor space and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and Bayside Market, enjoy the food, music, and energy that Miami has to offer! Enjoy dinner and drinks on the waterfront and get to know your fellow attendees as the tropical breeze rolls in.

Experience Center Opening and Cocktail Reception
Join us for the Experience Center opening night where you have the chance to do a deep dive into our cutting-edge solutions with 1:1 access to the team members who spearheaded the solutions’ evolutions. Before our last day of User’s Conference, join us at Julia & Henry’s in the heart of downtown Miami, just a short walk from the InterContinental Miami. Located in the iconic Art Deco building on Flagler Street, this 5-story market-style eatery boasts more than 20 food stalls and multiple bars. Enjoy some local Miami fare or venture out to one of the international offerings. Enjoy the sounds of Miami while you mingle with attendees in this National Registrar of Historic Places.

Closing Banquet

The theme of our highly anticipated closing banquet is Miami Vibes! Enjoy a festive night where everyone can enjoy delicious food and drinks, engage in fun games, and dance the night away, celebrating a successful event in true IDEMIA-Vice style. Please note that all attendees must be 21 or older.
