Donnie Scott is a 20-year veteran of the public security and IT solutions industry with deep experience in delivering identity and security solutions to the public and private sectors in North America. Under IDEMIA Public Security, the new division of IDEMIA Group, Donnie’s leadership expands to a global role responsible for strategy including strategic alliances, strategy, growth, communications, marketing and government relations. IDEMIA Public Security is the premium provider of convenient, trusted biometric solutions revolutionizing the fields of public security and identity, travel and transportation, and access control around the world. Built on privacy and trust, our market-leading iris, fingerprint, and facial recognition solutions excel in independent benchmarking for accuracy, fairness, and scalability.

Before taking on the role of CEO, Donnie was Senior Vice President and General Manager for the company’s Public Security business line. A recognized industry leader, Donnie is currently the Treasurer of the International Biometrics and Identity Association (IBIA). Prior to IDEMIA, Donnie served as Industry Sales Leader at DXC Technology, an IT services company where his team generated more than $1 billion in sales and 20% growth over a three-year period for its National Security Business.

Donnie is known as a collaborative leader of teams that enable clients to achieve their mission and business objectives. Previously, Donnie held sales leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and Electronic Data Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and speaks frequently on biometrics and emerging technologies.

Chris Brown leads IDEMIA Public Security North America’s Services division. Chris’ role includes managing Field Operations (Enrollment Centers and Field Service support), Customer & Technical Solutions, Customer & Technical Training, Partner Success, Enrollment Transformation, and Business Support & Planning. He has over 25 years of experience in the Biometrics industry serving in various leadership roles. Prior to joining IDEMIA, Chris was Vice President and Corporate Controller at Hedstrom Corporation and a Senior Auditor at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Patrick Clancey leads IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS), the FOCI-mitigated subsidiary of IDEMIA responsible for growth and delivery for sensitive or classified Federal customers. His 15 years of experience includes executive leadership for programs of domestic and international significance across Defense, Diplomatic, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence domains. Patrick is a recognized industry expert, fluent in the entirety of IDEMIA’s broad portfolio, as well as the application of emerging capabilities such as AI/ML and ubiquitous technical surveillance. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the Kantara Initiative.

Prior to re-joining NSS in 2022, Patrick served as Vice President of Strategy and Chief of Staff for Global Digital Platforms at the IDEMIA Group level. Before IDEMIA, he led interagency and multinational biometrics and identity management consulting engagements at Booz Allen Hamilton. He began his career as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan, and has maintained his service through a variety of training, intelligence, and special operations positions in the Army Reserve. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia.

Krista Crawley is an accomplished professional serving as the General Counsel and VP Human Resources at IDEMIA North America. With over a decade of legal expertise, Krista's diverse skill set encompasses corporate governance, compliance, litigation management, contract drafting, dispute resolution, and labor and employment law matters.

Previously, Krista held the position of Associate General Counsel at IDEMIA North America, where she honed her understanding of the company's legal landscape. Her proficiency in labor and employment law enables her to adeptly navigate complex issues, fostering solutions that benefit both the organization and its employees.

Passionate about fostering positive work cultures and enabling employee growth, Krista champions initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within IDEMIA North America. Under her leadership, the company has implemented strategies that prioritize employee well-being and professional development.

Krista earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the State University of New York before obtaining her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. Her educational background, coupled with her extensive professional experience, positions her as a respected leader in her field.

Doug Harvey’s role is to boost innovation and speed-to-market worldwide. He is focused on expanding IDEMIA North America’s network, building positive relationships with stakeholders in pursuit of solutions that align with technology offerings, and achieving key business goals. He works closely with IDEMIA North America’s technology teams to drive the adoption, education, and advocacy for digital engineering transformation and promote the use of modern iterative development methods and leveraging of modern architectural designs. Prior to joining IDEMIA North America, Harvey held leadership roles at defense technology leaders L3Harris and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). In both positions, he led the transformation of legacy government systems to utilize modern frameworks, architectures, and methods.

Joshua D. Hyde is a seasoned business leader with a background of fostering growth and innovation. With over a decade of experience, Josh stands at the forefront of strategic development and high-impact leadership. As the Vice President of Business Development and Growth for IDEMIA North America, Josh leads a dedicated team in propelling the organization's success to new heights. He oversees and leads all operations for Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Proposal Operations, Price-To-Win and Pricing. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Josh has held numerous leadership positions during his four years with IDEMIA. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in HR Management, Supply Chain and Operations Management and a Master’s Degree in Management of Information Technology at the University of Virginia.

Casey Mayfield leads IDEMIA’s Justice and Public Safety division, which delivers the company’s hardware, software, and CJIS related biometric solutions for criminal justice and civil enrollment customers throughout the United States and Canada. Previously, Casey oversaw the operational delivery of over 25 major state, federal, and commercial civil enrollment programs, including the U.S. Transportation Security Administration’s TWIC, HAZMAT, and TSA PreCheck® programs, along with managing the successful deployment of multiple statewide and agency-specific programs. Casey is the business sponsor of the Executive User Board, an IDEMIA customer advisory board, as well as an executive advisor to WIN (Women in IDEMIA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Springfield.

Krista Powers is an accomplished leader with nearly two decades of experience leading strategic initiatives in the public and the private sectors. She currently serves as the Vice President of Transformation at IDEMIA Public Security North America, where she leads key projects and initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and delivery. Previously, Krista served as the Vice President of Client Engagement and Senior Director of Government Relations at IDEMIA Public Security North America where she not only spearheaded customer satisfaction actions, but also ad vised the company’s senior leadership on key issues before Congress, the executive branch and state governments.

Prior to her current role at IDEMIA, Krista served as the Managing Director, International Regulatory and Policy at United Airlines where she led the team responsible for advocating for United’s interest before government bodies. Krista has a deep background in identity security, having served as Acting Chief of Staff and Executive Director for Strategy and Policy at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), where she served as a senior advisor to the Administrator and was responsible for creating and implementing agency-wide projects and initiatives. Krista also led the Transportation Security policy team at the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security, where she negotiated nearly two dozen bipartisan public laws. A native of New York City, Krista has a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. She currently resides in Arlington, VA.

Lisa Shoemaker

A native Mississippian, Lisa serves as Vice President of Corporate Relations at IDEMIA Public Security, the premium provider of convenient, trusted biometric solutions revolutionizing the fields of public security and identity, travel and transportation, and access control around the world. In her role, Lisa oversees global government relations, global internal communications and branding and external communications for IDEMIA Public Security North America. Lisa is involved in various industry related and professional organizations and currently serves on the board for the Accountable Digital Identity Association and the Government Business Executive Forum.

Prior to joining IDEMIA, Lisa was the Director of Media Operations for the Republican National Convention where she brought an effectively varied skill set to a critically important role. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lisa’s demonstrated success in a variety of political and public outreach roles makes her uniquely prepared to oversee all operational and logistical media planning during the 2020 Republican National Convention. As Director, Lisa worked with all media entities, including the major news networks, congressional press galleries, and specialty media covering the 2020 Republican Convention in Charlotte, NC.

Lisa’s career has been focused on delivering results. Prior to joining the team at the RNC, Lisa was the Executive Director for the Mississippi Cable Telecommunications Association, lobbying on behalf of the cable and broadband industry.

Lisa Sullivan

Lisa Sullivan leads flagship accounts at Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) and Customs and Border Protection (CPB), as well as implementations with leading travel ecosystem players like Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), Newark Airport (EWR), Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL), and Virgin Voyages. 

Prior to joining IDEMIA, Lisa led and delivered industry-leading data integration software at Palantir Technologies, focused on identifying and targeting critical problem sets in the federal transportation and aviation sectors. Earlier, Lisa held numerous leadership roles at L3 Harris Technologies, spanning strategy and business development, program management, as well as operations for the aviation ecosystem on a multiyear, multibillion-Dollar project to overhaul the U.S. national airspace system.

Lisa has a passion for supporting technology incubators, travel innovations, and advancing the role of women in the workplace. She serves as Strategic Advisor and Board Member for a non-profit company in Northern Virginia and is a member of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA) mentorship committee. She is on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Travel Association. 

Lisa has an M.A./B.S./B.A. in International Business, Finance, and Criminology from University of Florida, and an MBA from Duke University. Lisa lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children. 

Hal Wiediger

Hal Wiediger brings over 35 years of experience to the U.S. public sector, where he has worked across various segments of National Security, Defense, DHS, and Civilian Agencies. His expertise includes strategic planning, complex solution development and deployment, program management, business development, and sales. Throughout his career, Hal has established, supported, and managed various organizations focused on technology advancement and adoption, and he has led enhanced services delivery to both government and commercial clients. He began his career as an intelligence analyst in the U.S. Navy and went on to become a key leader in developing pursuit management, complex program management, and engineering organizations for several leading IT firms, including Digital Equipment Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and NCR/Teradata. At IDEMIA, he leads IPS Strategy and PSNA Governance, along with serving as Crisis Manager for PSNA.

Yahn Fournillon is the Chief Financial Officer of IDEMIA Public Security North America. Mr. Fournillon is a highly accomplished finance leader with nearly 20 years of experience in financial management. He oversees the financial operations, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance management.

Previously, Mr. Fournillon was the Chief Financial Officer at Safran Seats, an international passenger and technical aircraft seat manufacturer. He was responsible for managing multiple financial operation sites for North America. Following the COVID-19 crisis, he led the successful full accounting recovery process for the organization. He has displayed exceptional leadership and communication skills throughout his career and has a passionate approach to developing teams and achieving ambitious goals. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and working towards adding Japanese to his repertoire, he resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children.

Michael Taylor directs Legal, Security, Contracts, and Risk Management functions, and serves as the Corporate Secretary and on the Board of Directors for several of IDEMIA’s North American entities. Michael has over twenty years of corporate legal experience in the aerospace, defense, and technology fields. His past roles include EVP & General Counsel for MAG Aerospace, SVP & General Counsel for Inmarsat Government, and General Counsel for SES Government Services. He has held senior legal roles at GE Capital and started his in-house career as the General Counsel of Chicago-based franchisor Moran Industries.  Michael holds degrees in History and Communications from Virginia Tech, and his JD from DePaul University School of Law. Michael sits on the nonprofit board of NOVAquarium and is on the Board of Advisors for artificial intelligence company boodleAI. He is married with three children and lives in Leesburg, Virginia.

Dennis Kallelis is responsible for ensuring IDEMIA’s corporate security compliance. Prior to joining IDEMIA as US Chief Security Officer, Dennis served at MorphoTrust as Chief Security Officer, was Chief Security Officer at L-1 Identity Solution’s Secure Credentialing Division, Vice President of Engineering at Imaging Automation, Vice President of Engineering at PictureTel Corporation, and Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard and GTE Government Systems. He is a member of several security technical committees of both the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the International Standards Organization (ISO), and has obtained Department of Homeland Safety Act Designation and Certification, as well as six NASPO Security certifications, notably the most of anyone in the industry. Dennis has led corporations to ISO 14298 certification, SOC compliance, and superior ratings on DoD DSS NISP Security Vulnerability Assessments. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors at Brandeis University Graduate School, and the Board of NASPO. Dennis earned a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts in Mathematics & Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salem State University. He holds several patents and serves on the authoring teams of several security standards organizations.

Braden Harker

Braden Harker

Braden Harker is the Vice President of Supply Chain and Purchasing. He manages, supplier contracts, operational forecasts, inventory, vendor relationships, and contract acquisitions for all of North America. Prior to joining IDEMIA I&S North America, he served as a Regulatory Economist for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and later at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), where he gained extensive experience in policy evaluation and stakeholder engagement. His tenure also includes being the Chief of Strategic Planning for the National Defense Stockpile, where he oversaw the economic planning for raw material acquisitions as well as research and development initiatives. Braden led the organization in congressional reporting, annual appropriations, and legislative cycle for stockpile initiatives to the National Defense Authorization Act. Mr. Harker’s contributions were instrumental in reconstituting the National Defense Stockpile inventory levels, ensuring the availability of critical material for key weapon systems and industrial sectors of the U.S. Economy.

Michael Hash is Senior Vice President of Civil Identity for IDEMIA North America, overseeing the company’s Motor Vehicle Administration business throughout the United States. He has previously demonstrated his expertise in program management and engineering positions, and also served in the United States Navy. Michael is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science.
